SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE
Ascertaining client’s objectives, brief and constraints and advising on how to achieve the objectives. Preparing preliminary conceptual sketch proposals and developing it to a stage sufficient to enable on application to be made for the approval by the relevant statutory authorities.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE
Upon approval of proposals by either the relevant authority or the clients, schematic designs are developed into detailed works with other Consultants. Submitting the same to the relevant authorities to obtain statutory approvals.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION PHASE
Preparing all documents necessary for obtaining competitive tenders for the work.

CONTRACT IMPLEMENTATION & MANAGEMENT PHASE
Periodical supervision of works and administration of the building contract as well as providing all information and issuing instructions to contractors to enable them to proceed with the work. Certification for the various stages of work for the purpose of progress payment & compliance to statutory approvals towards achieving certificate or fitness for occupation.
